The Ceremony is a powerful way to dispel fear and move into the heart.
When going through a particularly difficult time it bears repeating several times a day. It can be used to move blocked energy, open up communication and assist you through relationship difficulties.
It was initially created to offer protection from negative projections and the clearing of intrusions from hyperdimensional interference. If you are experiencing the loss of your sovereignty due to the existence of a separate consciousness accessing reality vicariously through your sentient faculties, you may need to apply yourself to the task of clearing this trespass by repeatedly using this ceremony code for several days.
Depending on the tenacity and power of this entity you may experience a considerable degree of resistance, in which case having someone hold the space for you will help the process greatly.
Own the code, study it, write it out. Make sure you resonate with it and use it with confidence and conviction. Be firm and strong in your desire to take back your sovereignty.Begin by observing your face, breathing deeply, rhythmically and consciously while watching how your face responds to being seen.
