The Ceremony to Clear and Protect is a quintessential core self reference Code that contains within it a distillation of all Template Ceremonies. Template Codes being layers of the codification of the quintessential core Human fractal blueprint prior to genetic modification.

Identity recalibration is essential…daily. Some days hourly. It can be a murmured incantation of reassurance as you draw in your breath. I am the light. It can be experienced as a rush of gratitude as various fortunate circumstances culminate in a moment of release. I hold the light. It can be shouted at the shadows as they draw near. The light is with me always. And sometimes it gets too heavy and you need to look in the mirror and make it a Ceremony.

The Ceremony is a powerful way to dispel fear and move into the heart.
When going through a particularly difficult time it bears repeating several times a day. It can be used to move blocked energy, open up communication and assist you through relationship difficulties.
It was initially created to offer protection from negative projections and the clearing of intrusions from hyperdimensional interference. If you are experiencing the loss of your sovereignty due to the existence of a separate consciousness accessing reality vicariously through your sentient faculties, you may need to apply yourself to the task of clearing this trespass by repeatedly using this ceremony code for several days.
Depending on the tenacity and power of this entity you may experience a considerable degree of resistance, in which case having someone hold the space for you will help the process greatly.
Own the code, study it, write it out. Make sure you resonate with it and use it with confidence and conviction. Be firm and strong in your desire to take back your sovereignty.

Begin by observing your face, breathing deeply, rhythmically and consciously while watching how your face responds to being seen.
Stay conscious of your breath.
You will find that at some point observer and the observed merge as the internal authentic Self connects beyond the facade of the face that has been sculpted throughout your life as you learned to protect yourself.

As you connect beyond the betrayal and loss and heartbreak, you move beyond the layers of your external identity reference and connect to your Self.

Begin making eye contact…breathe consciously as you do so. Move from one eye to the other until full connection flows and feels comfortable.
Speak the clearing and protecting Code into each eye in the mirror and speak it into the 3rd eye area.

with the natural matrix of creation
frees my field of awareness
from the psychogenic feedback loop of history
that has been reinforced
through pre-ordained belief systems
and the multi-sensory ritualisation
of cultural entrainment.

I renounce, denounce 
and expel from my field

from all forms
of external agendas and energetic influences
that interfere with my covenant
with the love and truth
encrypted in every ray of light
